BRIEF TUTORIAL

When the Templates page opens, select from a variety of schools listed or choose one of the colored templates that best suits your schools colors.

A pop-up will appear to verify you're loading a template. Just click "OK" to get started.

Now you should see a layout similar to the one below.

You will notice 3 numbered areas. If you are using one of the templates of a school already listed, then you only need to do these 3 simple steps. More detailed steps are needed for new schools.

1. Insert your students picture. Click on the "Your Logo" button under the "Add Picture" section. A pop-up will appear like the one below.

You will notice the file needs to be a GIF or JPG file. Most cameras save the images as JPG file. Use the "Browse" button to find your file on your computer. When you locate the file, simply click on the "Upload" button to be insert your image.

The image might be slightly larger than the box. Some images will need a slight adjustment in sizing and position. You want the image to be sized and positioned to the black rectangle on the background inside of the colored border. If you adjust the increments to those below, it should give you a rough ballpark to fine tune the image.

Now we're ready to move on to the next step. Trust me it's even easier.

2. In the "Text" Field, change "FirstName" in Row 1 to your students First Name. Now in Row 2, change "LastName" to their Last Name.

I told you it was easier! Now if everything looks good, this last part should be even simpler.

3. Click on the "Request a price quote for the current design" button. That's it you're all done!
